Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to Cabbidder, a mobile booking platform operated by Cabbidder Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom. By downloading, accessing, or using the Cabbidder mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.
Cabbidder enables users to book and pay for journeys with drivers in the United Kingdom. By using the App, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating or updating your account.
- Use the App only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with its functionality.
- Be solely responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials.
To use most features of the App, you must register and create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
All bookings made through the App are subject to a fare that includes a booking fee. This fee is included in the total amount quoted and charged at the time of booking.
By making a booking, you:
- Authorize Cabbidder to charge the total quoted amount to your selected payment method.
- Acknowledge that prices may vary based on route, time, or other factors.
Cabbidder uses third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store or directly process payment card details.
Users may publish details of their journeys, leave reviews for drivers, and submit other content (collectively “User Content”). By posting such content, you agree:
- You are solely responsible for the content you post.
- You will not post false, offensive, or unlawful material.
- You grant Cabbidder a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content for service-related purposes.
Cabbidder reserves the right to remove or moderate any User Content at its discretion.
Cabbidder collects and processes personal data necessary to operate the App effectively, including:
- Full name, telephone number, and email address
- Pickup and drop-off address details, including home addresses
- Location data (where permitted)
All data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.
Cabbidder is currently available only in the United Kingdom. We do not guarantee that the App or its features will be available in other locations.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or for any other legitimate reason.
- Child car seats can be provided by prior arrangement with the assigned Driver or Operator.
- Customers must provide accurate information regarding the child’s age at the time of booking.
- Customers may use their own child seats by prior arrangement, but Cabbidder Ltd cannot guarantee these can be securely stored for return journeys.
- Drivers or Operators are responsible for the safe keeping of any customer-provided child seat. Cabbidder Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or misuse.
UK Legal Guidance:
- Children under 3: May travel without a child seat or seatbelt only in a licensed taxi or private hire vehicle and only in the rear seat if no child seat is available.
- Children 3 and above, up to 135cm or 12 years old: Must use a child seat if available; otherwise, they must use an adult seatbelt in the rear.
- Children over 135cm or aged 12 and above: Must wear a seatbelt.
While exemptions exist, Cabbidder Ltd strongly recommends all children travel with suitable child restraint systems.
1. Cancellations by Customers
a. More than 24 Hours in Advance:
- Eligible for a full refund including the booking fee
- Refunds processed within 28 calendar days
- Funds may take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer
b. Within 24 Hours of Pickup:
- May incur a cancellation fee at the discretion of the Operator or Driver
2. Flight Delays and Waiting Time
For airport pickups:
- Delays exceeding 90 minutes may result in extra charges for waiting time and parking
- Customers are encouraged to notify the driver or support team of any delay as early as possible
3. No-Shows
Failure to appear at the pickup point without prior notice may result in the booking being marked as a no-show, with no refund provided.
4. Cancellations by Operator/Driver
In the event that a Driver or Operator cancels a confirmed booking:
- You will be notified as soon as possible.
- Cabbidder Ltd will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative driver from our network at no additional cost to you.
- If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, you will receive a full refund.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are the property of Cabbidder Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the App for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, Cabbidder Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss or damage
- Loss of data, income, or profits
- Any loss arising from the use or inability to use the App
We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party driver services.
Cabbidder reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
